Lucia graduated July 2020 from Edge Hill University with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Therapy.

Lucia has a drive and passion for sports and healthy well-being. She has worked with high level athletes and clubs including Warrington Wolves RLFC, Canadian Commonwealth athletes, The Spanish Basketball Academy and numerous others.

Lucia has previously worked in a private clinics providing treatment, rehabilitation and training programmes. Lucia enjoys helping her clients to transform their physical and mental well-being.

Lucia currently freelances for Return 2 Play who are the leading concussion specialists in the country, providing pitch-side assistance to multiple schools as well as supporting medical professionals.

Lucia is also a qualified Sports Coach which greatly aids her understanding of movements patterns, strength and conditioning, and returning players or runners to their previous level of competition.
