Whilst studying at the BSO, Colette completed a Level 3 ITEC Sports Massage qualification & since qualifying has also completed various further training including Clinical Matwork Pilates & Taping.

As well as practicing at Carshalton, Colette leads the medical services at Barnes Rugby Football Club where she has worked since 2014. Colette also provides medical support for Surrey County Rugby and has worked with England Rugby, Australia Cricket & various touring NFL teams. Colette was part of the medical team at the IAAF World & ParaAthletic championships in 2017 and has recently been awarded Level 1 Advanced Performance Pathway recognition for her work in sport by the Osteopathic Sports Care Association. Colette joined the medical team at Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games to provide assessment & treatment to athletes.

Colette discovered Osteopathy after having regular treatment herself, here at Carshalton, whilst competing as an elite gymnast.  Whilst a lot of her work is sports related, here at Carshalton she sees a wide variety of patients from all backgrounds with varying complaints. Colette believes the best recovery outcomes come from a balance of hands-on osteopathic treatment, home stretches & exercise. She aims to fix the acute problem as quickly as possible, & provide you with the right advice to strengthen & keep pain at bay long term. Colette is extremely passionate about osteopathy and thoroughly enjoys the variety of her work; ranging from treating professional athletes with performance goals, to treating those who just want to be able to live day-to-day pain free and improve their quality of life
