Colette discovered Osteopathy after having regular treatment herself, here at Carshalton, whilst competing as an elite gymnast.  Whilst a lot of her work is sports related, here at Carshalton she sees a wide variety of patients from all backgrounds with varying complaints. Colette believes the best recovery outcomes come from a balance of hands-on osteopathic treatment, home stretches & exercise. She aims to fix the acute problem as quickly as possible, & provide you with the right advice to strengthen & keep pain at bay long term. Colette is extremely passionate about osteopathy and thoroughly enjoys the variety of her work; ranging from treating professional athletes with performance goals, to treating those who just want to be able to live day-to-day pain free and improve their quality of life
