Cancellation & Non-Attendance Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment with us for any reason, please call us as soon as possible. More often than not, we should be able to find an alternative appointment for you that is convenient.

We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice of any cancellations/reschedules so that we can offer your appointment to another patient. We operate a waiting list for patients needing urgent appointments so please give us as much notice as possible.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or failure to attend your appointment, will incur a fee of the full appointment price. No further appointments can be made until your account has been settled.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may have to rebook due to time constraints.

We will send an email reminder the day before your appointment, & you can also request for our receptionist team to give you a quick courtesy call reminder the day before too.
